Pinheads are the upgraded form of Round Worms from the Baptismal Mechanic. They periodically burrow into the ground and pop out at another location, and if Isaac is in their line of sight, will shoot 3 projectiles in quick succession at him before burrowing again.
Variants
Pinprick
Pinpricks are variants of Droplings and are the upgraded form of Night Crawlers. Pinpricks behave identically to Pinheads, but shoot a ring of 5 purple flames outwards that circle around and back inwards.
