Achievements are an optional mechanic in Retribution that locks some features of the mod behind character completion.

• When you first launch Retribution it will ask whether you want to play with achievements enabled; this setting can be toggled at any time from within the mod's options.
• Retribution currently contains 37 unlockables, including Tainted Mammon.

Icarus' Unlocks

Icarus currently has 14 associated achievements: ((Replace with table later))

• Heart Worm: Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives as Icarus.
• Baptismal Shell: Defeat Isaac as Icarus.
• Baptismal Font: Defeat ??? as Icarus.
• Blood of Satan: Defeat Satan as Icarus.
• Kapala: Defeat The Lamb as Icarus.
• Wax Wing: Defeat Boss Rush as Icarus.
• Shattered Dice: Defeat Hush as Icarus.
• Rapture: Defeat Delirium as Icarus.
• Goat's Eye: Defeat Mega Satan as Icarus.
• The Iliad and The Odyssey: Defeat Mother as Icarus.
• Derelict Anchor: Defeat The Beast as Icarus.
