The Odyssey is an active item added in The Repentance Update.

Effects

• On use, spawns a large pool of blue creep underneath Isaac, destroys all File:Rock.png Rocks in a radius around him, and chains up to 5 nearby enemies with anchors which greatly restrict the enemies' movements, identical to the effect of Derelict Anchor.

Trivia

• The Odyssey is an ancient epic poem, purportedly authored by the Greek poet Homer.
  • In the Odyssey, the legendary Greek king of Ithica, Oddyseus, goes through many tribulations during his journey back to his city after he had gained the ire of the ocean god Poseidon after the Trojan War.
