Book of Mormon		1	On use, Isaac holds the item above his head and creates an aura of fear around him.
The Iliad		1	On use, causes Isaac to hold the item above his head. Shooting tears in a direction will cause several spears to fire from the wall behind the pressed direction. The spears break upon impact with obstacles but pierce enemies and deal 50 damage.
