The Bougie Pedestal item pool are items and trinkets that can be found from the Bougie Pedestal, which can only appear in a Shop while Tainted Mammon has Birthright. The items in this pool are themed around gold, jewellery and gemstones.

Shattered Dice		1	On use, or when Shattered Dice is dropped, the item is destroyed and spawns a Shattered Shard and 3 coins. Passively rerolls picked up items, attempting to reroll them into items of higher item quality.
Bell of Circe		1	On use, transforms a random enemy into a Circe Swine. Has a chance, that inversely scales with the amount of enemies in the room, to transform Isaac instead. When transformed, Isaac receives an all stats down and the item becomes unusable until the next room.
Coinflip		1	+3 coins. On use, consumes a coin, 1 charge notch and spawns a spinning coin. The spinning coin ricochets Isaac's tears into enemies, multiplying their damage by 1.5. Picking up the coin before it disappears grants 1 charge notch back.

Red Chain		1	+3 Keys. Roughly 33% chance to spawn a Red Pillar when entering a new room. Red Pillars can be unlocked with a key to spawn a portal to a random new Red Key room.
