Baron Fly		1	Orbital familiar that fires a barrage of tears at the closest enemy after blocking 5 projectiles.
Bedbug		1	Orbital familiar that remains stationary relative to Isaac. Briefly orbits around Isaac after blocking a projectile.
Frail Fly		1	Orbital familiar that deals heavy contact damage and blocks enemy projectiles, but dies after blocking 3 shots. Respawns when entering another room.
Sunken Fly		1	Orbital familiar that inflates when touching an enemy or Troll Bomb and attempts to push them away.
