  • 8% chance to fire a tear that converts all other tears in the room into bad apples which deal half damage.

  • Chance to fire a green tear that inflicts a long-lasting but weak Poison.
    • Chance scales with Luck.
  • Poisoned enemies now periodically spawn a Blue Fly.
    • These Blue Flies will not target the enemy that spawned them.
