Corpse Flower is a passive item added in V3.2.
Effects
- Spawns a Rotten Heart on pickup.
- 10% chance for Isaac to shoot a green tear that poisons enemies.
- The poison has a duration of 7 seconds but deals only 2 damage every second and does not scale with Isaac's damage.
- The chance to shoot a green poisonous tear scales with Luck, reaching 100% chance at 36 Luck.
- Poisoned enemies will spawn a Blue Fly every 1.5 seconds. These Blue Flies will not target the enemy that spawned them.
- This effect applies to all sources that inflict poison, independent from the poison tears granted by Corpse Flower.

Petrifying Pullrots.

- Corpse flowers, also known as carrion flowers, are flowers that emit a pungent odor similar to rotting flesh in order to attract scavenging insects that will spread its pollen.
- Corpse Flower's appearance is based off of the flowers in the Rafflesia genus.
- Corpse Flower was previously a scrapped item that was originally developed alongside
Persephone as a part of The Gacha Update.
- Corpse Flower would have been an item exlusive to Persephone that boosted the chances of Dead Pullroots spawning.
