Goat's Eye		Copycat	Pickups have a 10% chance to be doubled on spawn.
Grubby Penny		Wealth of friends	Spawns a Blue Spider whenever picking up a coin.
Moxie's Eye		View distance up!	Increases the range at which unexplored rooms appear on the map.
Heart Worm		Bu-bump	Tears accelerate and deccelerate similar to Mom's Heart's projectiles. Range up.
Isaac's Bindle		On the run	Slots and Beggars animate faster. Spawns 3 random pickups when gained for the first time.
Open Mind		More opportunities	More Options-style item decisions now allow Isaac to take every item on offer. This includes Angel Deals and Boss Rush.
Pocket Bible		Keep the devil at bay	Mom, Mom's Heart, and It Lives are reduced to half health when starting their fights.
Popsicle Stick		Say aaah!	Taking a pill with a negative effect spawns another random pill near Isaac.
Pyrite		Fool	3% chance for pickups, rocks, and poops to become their golden variants. Scales to 5% at 7 Luck.
Rainbow Penny		Wealth of all	Mimics the effect of a random Penny Trinket when picking up a penny.
Rose Thorns		Lash out at the world	Fires out a ring of 16 thorn tears when taking damage.
Rusted Pipe		No more blood clots	Red Poops are converted into regular Poops.
Silver Tongue		Barter	Shop prices are reduced by 1.
Spiro		Puberty blocker	Puberty pills now grant +0.35 Damage per use instead of contributing to the Adult transformation. Damage bonuses are lost when not holding Spiro.
Strength Badge		Boosts attack power by 1!	+1 Damage.
Training Seat		Uh-oh...	Player creep lasts twice as long. Enemy creep lasts half as long.
Turnip		Stalk market	Mimics a Stalk Market pattern with Isaac's coins as he progresses through rooms. Rots after 7 rooms or if dropped on the floor. Rotten Turnip no longer causes Isaac's coins to fluctuate. Rotten Turnip converts back into Turnip when moving to a new floor.
Spoiled Coin		Explosive economy	Monsters may drop a Cursed Spoils Coin on death. This chance is proportional to their maximum health, and the current stage. Cursed Spoils Coins can be picked up, but will explode if left for 3 seconds. Cursed Spoils Coins dropped from Spoiled Coin will always be pennies. Spoils Coins, Nickels, and Dimes dropped by Spoils Pouch will also become Cursed.
Thick Skin		Pachyderm	20% chance for damage taken to deal no more than half a heart. Chance scales to 50% at 7 luck.
Thorn Ring		Health-draining ice trance	3% chance to fire a thorn tear that instantly Uranus-freezes enemies. If Isaac has more than 3 hearts of health, he will take damage every 30 seconds. When taking damage this way, the chance to fire a thorn tear increases by 7% for 3 minutes. Damage boosts stack, allowing a maximum thorn chance of 45% if Isaac can find enough hearts.
Girl Pill		Sublingual sadness	Taking damage grants a permanent Tears boost. The boost is lost if Girl Pill is dropped. Girl Pill will be automatically gulped when its maximum Tears boost is reached.
Gluttonous Snout		Auto-gulp trinkets for 5 coins	If Isaac has 5 coins and holds a Trinket in his pocket, 5 coins are removed and the Trinket is automatically gulped.
Branded Bowtie		Official Buta-Corp endorsement	Capsules have an increased chance to spawn when clearing rooms. Gashapons have an increased chance to replace Slot Machines.
Yen Penny		Wealth of gacha	Spawns a Minicapsule when picking up a penny.
Occam's Razor		Sacrificial glory	Sacrifice Room and Sanguine Bond spikes pay out twice per use.
Shop Payroll		Child labor!	Allows Isaac to passively gain coins by not moving while in a Shop. 1 coin is gained every 45 seconds. Hostile Spiders are occasionally shed by Isaac's shopkeeper costume.
Nickel and Dime		Value added tax	Items in the shop now alternate between 2 different options. Items in the shop now cost 5 coins more.
White Candle		Astral travel	Gain the white fire effect while held.
Crystal Shard		Shattering runes	Using a Rune spawns 1-2 Rune Shards. If unlocked, Rune Rocks have an increased chance to spawn.
Whetstone		Sharper rocks, knockback up	Chance for rocks to be replaced by Spike Rocks. Increases tear knockback.
Seed Packet		Reaper	Enemies may occasionally spawn Pullroot saplings or Melitodes Bees on death.
