Pocket Bible is a trinket added in the initial release of Retribution.

- Isaac gains flight while fighting File:Mom.png Mom, File:Mom's Heart.png Mom's Heart and
It Lives. - Mom, Mom's Heart and It Lives start at 1/2 of their maximum HP.

Trinket Multipliers: Further reduces the starting HP of Mom, Mom's Heart and It Lives.

- Pocket Bible is an allusion to the effects of File:The Bible.png The Bible, primarily when used against Mom, Mom's Heart and It Lives; The Bible has the ability to instantly kill these bosses when the item is used.
- The effect that The Bible and Pocket Bible have against Mom is reference to the epilogue of The Binding of Isaac, when the Bible hits Mom's head and appears to knock her out or kill her.
