Spiro is a trinket added in the initial release of Retribution.

Effects

  • Puberty pills grant +0.35 damage when consumed, and no longer contribute progress to the Adult transformation.
    • Damage bonuses are not permanent, and are only provided while Isaac is holding Spiro.

Interactions

  • Mom's Box.png Trinket Multipliers: Multiplies the damage bonuses provided when taking a Puberty pill while holding Spiro.
    • This does not apply retroactively to the total damage bonus given by Spiro from prior Puberty pills; Isaac must have active trinket multiplier effects while a pill is taken.

Trivia

  • Spiro is a reference to Spironolactone, a medication that has use as part of feminizing hormone therapy in trans women.
