- Spawns a new random pill near Isaac when taking a pill with one of the following negative effects:

Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Spawns additional pills per additional Trinket Multiplier.- File:PHD.png PHD: All negative effects from pills will be turned into positive effects, effectively making Popsicle Stick never be able to trigger its effect.
- File:False PHD.png False PHD: The pills spawned from taking a pill with a negative effect has a high chance to also be a negative pill (based on the current pill effect rotation in the run), allowing for near-constant pill generation.
