Girl Pill is a trinket added in the Repentance release of Retribution.
Effects
- When Isaac takes damage, grants a +0.03 tears up.
- This tears bonus can go above the soft fire rate cap, allowing Isaac to fire more than 5 tears per second.
- Tears bonuses are not permanent, and are only provided while Isaac is holding Girl Pill.
- The maximum tears bonus that can be reached is +0.6 tears, after taking damage a total of 20 times. After reaching the maximum bonus, Girl Pill will be gulped, making its effects permanent.

- A "girl pill" is slang referring to hormonal medication used as part of feminizing hormone therapy in trans women.
