Tweaks

• Cursed Trinkets now drop for Tainted Mammon when defeating the 2nd Boss and Devil Deal waves in Greed Mode.
• Heart Shaped Balloon has alternate behaviour in Greed Mode so that it functions more similarly to a normal run.
• Cyst and Bell Clapper restore their damage when starting a new wave in Greed Mode.
• Rune Rocks now generate on a per-room basis rather than a per-rock basis.
• Bougie Pedestal can now have its contents read by EID.
• Baron Fly fires more tears with greater speed.
• Baron Fly fires additional tears and does increased tear damage if Isaac also holds File:Hive Mind.png Hive Mind.
• Book of Mormon's fear lasts significantly longer.
• Death Cap's poison and Glioma's confusion can now be applied by Aquarius, Mom's Knife, and Bone Clubs.
• Death Cap's poison tears are now tinted green.
• Glioma's confusion tears are now tinted grey.
• Increased the quality of Baron Fly from 1 to 2.
• Increased the quality of Photon from 2 to 3.
• Various tweaks to Item Pools.

Fiend Folio Compatibility Tweaks

• Rewards Card is now listed as a partial reference to Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.

Bug Fixes

• Changed how Retribution isolates the id of trinkets from the subtype of their pickup entities.
• Fixed Cyst erroring if Fiend Folio is not installed.
• Fixed Rune Rocks not having a boosted chance to be Perthro is certain room types.
• Fixed Pyrite not replacing Rocks and Poops with Fool's Gold and Golden Poops.
• Fixed Pyrite converting regular bombs into golden Troll Bombs.
• Fixed File:Found Soul.png Found Soul and co-op babies falsely "picking up" Cursed Trinkets and triggering Rewards Card.
• Fixed the first File:TMTRAINER.png TMTRAINER item found each run triggering every custom Retribution on-pickup item effect.
• Fixed Shattered Dice rerolling items in some situations where it shouldn't.
• Fixed Myopia overriding any custom colours applied to tears with white.
• Fixed Cursed Spoils Coins being able to softlock you by repeatedly exploding near a door Isaac has just entered.
