Bleeding Heart is a Passive Item added in the Version 3.2 update of Retribution.

Effect

  • +1 Heart Container.
  • Chance to fire a pink tear that inflicts Charm.
    • Chance scales with Luck.
  • Charmed enemies now fire Isaac's tears in random directions.
  • Charmed enemies now charm other nearby enemies on death.
    • Charming radius scales with the enemy's maximum health.
