Photon is a Passive Item added in the initial release of Retribution.

Effect

• Grants +1 Damage and +0.35 Tears.
• Isaac's tears instantly hit whatever is in their path upon being fired. Their trajectory is still affected by Isaac's momentum.
• Gives Isaac's tears a tracer effect that shows their flight path.
• Isaac's tears no longer knock enemies back.
