• Dad's Nuke is a reference to the science fiction dark comedy novel Dad's Nuke, written by Marc Laidlaw.
• Dad's Nuke's effect is identical to one of the attacks made by the boss Meltdown from the Fiend Folio MOD, where green projectiles will begin to rain down from the top of the screen after Meltdown enters their second phase.
