Diet Pill is a Cursed Trinkets.png Cursed Trinket added in the Burned Out update.

Effects

  • Heart pickups can no longer be picked up.
  • Effects that add hearts in the health bar directly, such as File:Yum Heart.png Yum Heart, will be prevented.
