F.O.P.

F.O.P. is a Passive Item added in the initial release of Retribution.

Effect

  • Spawns a Bone Heart on pickup.
  • If Isaac would take fatal damage, it is prevented and all of his Heart Containers are replaced with empty Bone Hearts.
    • This can be repeated infinitely so long as Isaac has Heart Containers to convert.
