Flagellant Whip is a 
Cursed Trinket added in the Burned Out update.
Effects
- After being picked up, Flagellant Whip will hurt Mammon without taking away health and cause him to bleed profusely, identical to the bleed effect of
Shard of Glass.
- Mammon will leave behind a trail a bloody creep while spewing an unorganized volley of bloody tears. The direction of the bloody tears is influenced by the direction Mammon is shooting.
- After bleeding for 20 seconds, Mammon's Red Hearts or Rotten Hearts will take damage (bypassing other Hearts); this is indicated by Mammon slowly turning red.
- The bleeding can be stopped by healing with any Red Hearts, or when Mammon runs out of Red Hearts.
- The bleeding will not be able to kill Mammon, leaving him with half of a Red Heart of health if he has no other Hearts left.
- If Mammon has no Red or Rotten Hearts, the bleeding effect will not activate.
