Sinner's Prayer is a Passive Item added in the Repentance Update of Retribution.

Effect

• +1.4 Damage.
• Chance to summon a pillar of Holy Light onto enemies that hurt Isaac.
• 25% to survive any fatal damage.
  • Surviving fatal damage will also summon a pillar of Holy Light onto what hurt Isaac.
