Tithe is a Passive Item added in the initial release of Retribution.

Effect

• +1 Eternal Heart.
• When entering a new floor: removes Isaac's coins, bombs, and keys randomly until they have 10 coins, 1 bomb and 1 key or less.
  • For each pickup lost in this way, there's a 3% chance of teleporting to the Angel Room and halting the process of removing the pickups.
