Fry's Paw is an active item added in The Gacha Update.
Effects
- On use, converts one
Red Heart container and Red Heart in Isaac's health bar into 2 empty Bone Hearts, and creates a small puddle of red creep underneath Isaac.
- Has no effect if Isaac has no filled Red Heart containers.
- The red creep deals 3.5 damage per tick to enemies.
Interactions
Judas + 
Birthright: Grants a permanent 0.5 damage up for every converted heart.
Trivia
- Fry is the name of one of Edmund McMillen's cats.
- Fry is an orange tabby, and most likely named after Futurama's Philip J. Fry.
