Heart Transplant is a 
Cursed Trinket added in the Burned Out update.
Effects
- Removes 1 Red Heart container upon being picked up.
- If Isaac has no Red Heart containers, up to 2 Soul Hearts will be taken instead.
- Mammon will not be killed by this exchange, and will always leave him with at least one Red Heart container or half of a Soul Heart in the health bar. Otherwise, no health will be taken if Mammon does not have any amount of health to give.
- After being sold to the
Curse Trader, any stolen health will be returned to Mammon's health bar.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: No effect.
