Hemorrhoid is a Passive Item added in the Version 2.9 update of Retribution.

Effect

• Charges up a Monstro's Lung style tear volley while firing.
• Releasing the firing buttons fires the tear volley opposite to the direction Isaac is moving.
• Taking damage spawns a Red Poop.
