Pettitoe is a 
Cursed Trinket added in the Burned Out update.
Effects
- Cursed Trinkets that appear in
Treasure Rooms are replaced with File:Coinstack.png Coinstacks, and spawns two File:Circe Swine.png Circe Swine in random locations in the room. - Any Cursed Trinket that an enemy drops is replaced with a single File:Penny.png Penny.

Trinket Multipliers: No effect.

- Pettitoe's effect is identical to
Mammon's "Curse of Swine" effect. - A pettitoe, also known as a pig's trotter, is the culinary term for the foot of a pig.
