Taffy Heart is a Cursed Trinket added in the Burned Out update.

Effects

• Gives Mammon one of the following stat debuff per half heart healed with Red Heart pickups or when gaining an extra filled heart container:
  • −0.10 speed.
  • −0.10 fire rate.
  • −0.25 flat damage.
  • −0.50 range.
  • −0.10 shot speed.
  • −0.25 luck.
• Stat changes are reverted when the trinket is sold at the Curse Trader.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers: Increases the strength of stat decreases granted when picking up hearts. Will not affect debuffs.

Trivia

• Taffy Heart is a riff on Candy Heart, as both effects are the converse of one other.
