Cracked Infamy is a Passive Item added in the initial release of Retribution.

Effect

• 2.5% chance to trigger the Glowing Hourglass effect when taking damage.
  • Each time Isaac takes damage and the effect does not trigger, the chance increases by an additional 2.5% up to a maximum of 20%.
  • The effect cannot trigger when fighting a boss that grants a completion mark.
