Lily is an active item added in the initial release of Retribution.
Effects
- On use, all vulnerable enemies with less than 1/3 of their maximum health remaining will explode, killing them immediately.
- Does not work on bosses.
- Enemies that can be detonated will be indicated by a faint red glow.

Birthright: Enemies that are detonated will also create 4 
Brimstone lasers in all cardinal directions.
Trivia
- The item description "No need for peace" is a reference to Peace Lilies, a popular genus of houseplant.
- Depite this, Lily's sprite resembles the flower of a True Lily belonging to the genus Lilium, rather than that of Spathiphyllum (Peace Lilies).
