Martha is a mod by Yazawa AkiOS and Cuerzor. The Martha mod comes packed with 3 new Cursed Trinkets as well as a host of compatibility features.
Cursed Trinkets
The mod also adds its own version of Cursed Trinkets that can appear.
Cuba Missile Crisis
Effects
- Once the player takes damage, alarms will begin to blare and the screen will glow red, while File:Epic Fetus.png Epic Fetus missiles will begin to drop at random locations in rooms at a rate of 1 missile every second.
- This effect can only be stopped by selling the trinket at a
Curse Trader.
- Missiles will not appear in
Shops.

Trinket Multipliers: Increases the rate at which missiles will fall.
False Hope
Effects
- Coins, bombs, and keys the player picks up will have a 25% chance to not be added to the player's inventory, while increasing the Sell Value of False Hope.
- The amount of Sell Value gained (in coins) is equal to the value of the consumed pickup (ie. a Dime will increase the Sell Value by 10 coins).
Notes
- When selling cursed trinkets to the
Curse Trader, False Hope will be taken first before other
Cursed Trinkets, with the exception of
Grab Bag which will have higher priority over False Hope.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Increases the chance for coins/bombs/keys to be consumed and increase False Hope's Sell Value.
The Real Left Hand
Effects
- In each room, applies one of the following stat decreases to the player:

Salted Fish
Effects
- −0.50 speed. This speed reduction slowly decays while the player is moving.
- If the player stops moving, the speed reduction will quickly return to its full effect.

Trinket Multipliers: Speed is reduced further.
Daemon's Trail
Effects
- The player occasionally leaves behind a small puddle of black creep on the ground every second. After an additional second has passed, these puddles will ignite, turning into a hostile flame.
- These flames can be extinguished by being shot at by tears, or after waiting for a few seconds.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Increases the rate at which the player leaves tar puddles.
Iron Lotus
Effects
- Gives the player a "burning" status effect, causing them to take damage if they stay still for more than 1.5 seconds.
- This effect will be removed once the trinket is sold to a
Curse Trader.
- If a player touches an enemy while under this effect, the enemy will be burned for 1 second.
