Milk Teeth is a Passive Item added in the initial release of Retribution.
Effects
- 0.5× tear rate multiplier.
- Isaac now fires 1.5× damage teeth tears.
- A short distance away from Isaac, teeth tears will burst into a spread of 5 base-damage blood tears.
Notes
- Blood tears in the splinter shot inherit any tear effects applied to the tooth tear.
- Milk Teeth can be mimicked by
Pride Pin.
Interactions
Milk Teeth: Increases the number of tears in the splinter shot by 5 per item. The Tears multipliers of additional copies are progressively dampened.
Reflux / 
Technology Omicron: The Tears multipliers granted by these items are dampened when owned at the same time.- Reflux: Splinter shot tears are instantly primed to detonate.
Laser Items: Lasers split into 5 lasers a short distance down the beam.
Dr. Fetus: Dr. Fetus bombs gain the 
Scatter Bombs effect.
The Forgotten / 
Tainted Forgotten: Milk Teeth has a more forgiving Tears down multiplier when playing as The Forgotten.- The Forgotten /
Berserk!: Enemies that get clubbed blast a blood tear barrage out from behind them. 
Mom's Knife: Overridden by Mom's Knife.
Spirit Sword: Overridden by Spirit Sword. Spirit Sword's laser projectile is not affected.
