Tainted Forgotten can now pick up Retribution's custom Pickups with their Bone Clubs.

Fiend Folio Compatibility Tweaks
- Fiend Folio's playing cards can now trigger the secondary effect of
Slick Spade. - Many of Retribution's items have now been whitelisted as stackable.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed the estimation of the Bone Club's collision capsule placing itself behind Isaac if he was moving towards it.
- Fixed Spoils Coins instantly halting if given any momentum such as through explosions.
- Fixed Mom's Knife infinitely growing larger if Isaac also has
Booster Shot.
