Azazel's Horn is a passive item added in the initial release of Retribution.

Effects

• +1 Black Heart.
• Full Black Hearts in the Health bar will activate The Necronomicon effect upon being half-depleted by damage.

Notes

• If an entire Black Heart is depleted from a single hit (typically from sources that deal a full Heart of damage), The Necronomicon effect will activate twice, dealing 80 damage to all vulnerable enemies in the room.

Interactions

• A Missing Page / Missing Page 2: Works as expected; increases the damage dealt to all vulnerable enemies in the room by 40 when half of a Black Heart is lost.
